Kenyan Enkong ‘Nirok Village Support
The Enkong 'Nirok village located in Kenya are recipients of Love the Wilds financial support. As of January 10th of 2024 our support has gone towards the planting of 1000 trees of varying species to provide a sustainable food source of fruits and vegetables. The building of a green house to help growth of different trees and plants. As well as feeding the 180 people housed in the village for 9 months.
Education is one of the most important factors in creating a thriving community. That's why we are funding 13 members of the Enkong 'Nirok community. We are funding aspirations to become teachers, educators, doctors, funding the studies of environmental science, animal science, and wildlife & management. These students are going towards a goal, and Love the Wild is working to support them. You can see more about each of the students in the CURRENT SCHOLARSHIPS above on this page.
